1.一種基于基因分型鑒定灘羊與非灘羊的方法,包括如下步驟:檢測待測羊的基因組中11組SNP位點組合中各SNP位點處的核苷酸,確定所述待測羊對應于所述11組SNP位點組合的11個基因型;然后按照如下確定所述待測羊是否為灘羊:如果所述待測羊對應于所述11組SNP位點組合的11個基因型均符合相應組SNP位點組合的灘羊標準基因型,則所述待測羊為或候選為灘羊;如果所述待測羊對應于所述11組SNP位點組合的11個基因型均符合相應組SNP位點組合的非灘羊標準基因型,則所述待測羊為或候選為非灘羊;
所述11組SNP位點組合為如下(a1)-(a11);(a1)-(a11)所示的11組SNP位點組合所對應的非灘羊標準基因型和灘羊標準基因型依次分別為(b1)-(b11);
(a1)含有5個SNP位點,分別為CM001598.2:69009397、CM001602.2:49927473、CM001603.2:38707088、CM001603.2:46619514和CM001606.2:34435705;
(a2)含有5個SNP位點,分別為CM001582.2:86006851、CM001598.2:69009397、CM001600.2:45516740、CM001601.2:47737780和CM001603.2:46619514;
