2.一種如權利要求1所述均衡營養細胞、調理五臟功能的保健食品的制備方法,其特征在于,包括以下步驟:
1)取所述質量百分比的五谷雜糧類的黑米,黑芝麻,黑豆,糙米,大黃米,高粱米,紅米,胚芽米,白沙花生米,紫皮花生米,玉米,薏苡仁,黃糯米,黑糯米,黃小米,白小米,小麥,蕎麥,燕麥,粘大米,大麥米,黑麥米,槐米;種子類的芹菜籽,亞麻籽,蘇籽,青蘿卜籽,南瓜籽,西瓜籽,葡萄籽,黃瓜籽,節瓜籽,生菜籽,冬瓜籽,白菜籽,苦瓜籽,葫蘆籽,金絲瓜籽,筍瓜籽,西葫蘆籽,香菜籽,莧菜籽,菜菔籽,馬齒菜籽,曲麻菜籽,角瓜籽,西蘭花籽,石榴籽,方瓜籽,蒲公英籽,花菜籽,決明子,佛手瓜籽,菠菜籽,胡蘿卜籽,白芝麻,放入自動恒溫炒制鍋中,用100℃的恒溫炒制25分鐘后,再次調到200℃恒溫炒制15分鐘,最后調到300℃恒溫炒制10分鐘,共三次炒制,倒入容器晾涼后,制得炒制的混合物;
2)將炒制的五谷雜糧,種子混合物打成200目的粉劑;
3)將所述質量百分比的玉竹,桑葉,益智仁,銀杏葉,荷葉,檸檬葉,玫瑰花,菊花,桂花,金銀花,代代花,茉莉花,藤黃果,玉米須,大麥苗,小麥苗,麥芽,洋蔥,冬瓜,黃瓜,蘋果,草莓,藍莓,圣女果,巴西莓,葡萄,彌猴桃,菠蘿,西蘭花,石榴,檸檬,芒果,香蕉,荔枝,苦瓜,木瓜,白蘿卜,楊桃,枇杷,酸棗仁,地瓜,普中紅蘑,松茸菇,香菇,大紅菇,冬菇,猴頭菇,無花果,紅棗,山楂,龍眼,陳皮;香蕉皮,鮮蘆根,絞股藍,葛根,茯苓,白芷,火麻仁,山藥,阿膠,羅漢果,桑葚,砂仁,紅豆,針葉櫻桃,山核桃仁,榛子仁,杏仁,棗仁,葵花籽仁,黃豆,紅小豆,綠豆,白扁豆,青豆,豌豆,扁豆,蠶豆,刀豆,荷蘭豆,龍豆,毛豆,木豆,荊豆,四季豆,白蕓豆,鷹嘴豆,飯豆,紅蕓豆,垅船豆,銀耳,黑木耳,白蓮子,紅蓮子,銀杏,紫菜,海帶,甘草,芡實,夏枯草,烏梅,枸杞,覆盆子,沙棘,瓜拉納,枳椇子,西柚,松籽仁,開心果仁,極大螺旋藻,青果冷凍烘焙物混合后,也打成200目的粉劑,用自動恒溫攪拌機將兩種粉劑混合后,即得此保健食品。
