背景技術(shù)
北卡羅萊納州立大學(xué)非織造布研究中心的Fedorova?et?al.[Fedorova?N,Pourdeyhimi?B:High?strength?nylon?micro-and?nanofiber?based?nonwovens?via?spunbonding.J?Appl?Polym?Sci?2007,104(5):3434-3442.]利用錦綸6(N6)和PLA(Natureworks)制備不同的海島纖維(錦綸6為島,PLA為海),然后纖維網(wǎng)通過(guò)30m/min的水刺加固成織物。再將織物利用3%的NaOH溶液,在100℃處理10min去除掉PLA成分。通過(guò)溶掉PLA組分后,可以得到微米和納米纖維,并且纖維直徑可以達(dá)到0.36-1.3mm。
