3.一種剎車鉗用合金鋼的制備方法,包括以下步驟:
1)按照重量百分比:0.32-0.34%的碳,0.24-0.31%的硅,0.63-0.67%的錳,0.001%的磷,0.008%的硫,0.19-0.22%的鉻,0.04-0.05%的鎳,0.006-0.009%的鉬,0.027-0.028%的鈷,0.0001%的礬,0.01-0.02%的鋁,0.125-0.13%的鎢,0.0001%的鈦,0.002%的硼,0.002-0.005%的鈮,余量為鐵進行配料;
2)通過中頻感應爐熔煉制備合金鋼;
3)將合金鋼進行正火和等溫淬火處理。
4.根據權利要求3所述的剎車鉗用合金鋼的制備方法,其特征在于,所述等溫淬火處理,采用360±20℃等溫淬火處理。
5.根據權利要求3或4所述的剎車鉗用合金鋼的制備方法,其特征在于,所述的等溫淬火處理采用的是硝酸鹽鹽浴等溫淬火。
