上屆回顧：  

“第十四屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際綠色建筑建材博覽會(huì)”（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：ES BUILD亞洲綠博會(huì)）是由上海市建筑材料行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、上海現(xiàn)代國(guó)際展覽有限公司聯(lián)合打造，是全國(guó)首家通過(guò)國(guó)際展覽業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)認(rèn)證的建材展會(huì)，也是目前全國(guó)唯一以高端建材定位的工程類(lèi)綜合展會(huì)，上屆展會(huì)于2017年7月5-7日在上新國(guó)際博覽中心勝利閉幕。ES BUILD 2017啟用了上海新國(guó)際博覽中心12個(gè)展館，展出面積近150000平方米，近1200家參展企業(yè)盛裝參展，展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)近101250名專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾（其中國(guó)內(nèi)觀眾93150人，境外觀眾8100人）、200多家媒體參與宣傳、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)舉辦了近40場(chǎng)主題論壇的整體形象、進(jìn)一步鞏固了“綠色建筑建材亞洲第一展”的地位。

Review:

  The 14th China (Shanghai) International Architectural Coatings&Chemical Materials Show (ES BUILD) was organized by both Shanghai Building Material Industry Association and Shanghai Modern International Exhibition co,. Ltd. In China, This Show is not only the first one certificated by unio of International Fairs but also the unique comprehensive one of engineering focusing on high-end architectural materials. During the period from July 5th to July 7th in 2017, the 13th show enjoyed a successful concluding in Shanghai New International Expo Center. With more than 1200 exhibitors’ attendance, ES BUILD 2017 utilized 7 pavilions in the Shanghai New International Expo Center, covering 150000㎡. There were 101250 professional visitors(93150 visitors from China while 8100 from aboard), over 200 media involved in promotion and about 40 theme forums, which strengthened its importance as ‘The First Exhibition of Green Building Exhibition in Asia’. 

據(jù)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局公布的2015年上半年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)半年報(bào)，國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)接近30萬(wàn)億元，同比增長(zhǎng)7%，國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)總的判斷為“緩中趨穩(wěn)，穩(wěn)中向好”，同時(shí)也說(shuō)明國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行處在合理的區(qū)間。建筑業(yè)歷來(lái)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，而綠色環(huán)保的建筑涂料是建筑業(yè)的重要一環(huán)，2016年是“十三五”的開(kāi)局之年，將有一大批建筑工程、市政建設(shè)和居民住宅需要興建或改造，據(jù)權(quán)威部門(mén)預(yù)測(cè)，“十三五”期間，建筑業(yè)將以年12%的速度增長(zhǎng)，大的宏觀環(huán)境都為建筑涂料行業(yè)提供了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。

  According to the semi-annual report of the Chinese economy released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China in the first half of 2015, gross domestic product (GDP) approached 30 trillion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 7%. The overall economic situation in the country was regarded as ‘slow growth with the slowing and positive trend’. In the meanwhile, it also showed that the national economy was in a reasonable range. Construction industry has always been an important pillar industry in the national economy, and green architectural coating is an important part of this industry. As the ‘13th Five-year Plan’ started in 2016, there would be a large number of construction projects, municipal construction and residential housing needed to be constructed and remolded. According to the authoritative department’s forecast, during the ‘13th Five-Year’, the construction industry will boast 12% annual growth rate, as the macro environment for y has provided a good opportunity for the development of the architectural coatings industry.

作為本屆展會(huì)核心展覽項(xiàng)目--“第十四屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際建筑涂料及化學(xué)建材展覽會(huì)”（縮寫(xiě)：Coatings Show 2018），主辦單位將在ES BUILD亞洲綠博會(huì)期間專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)立專(zhuān)業(yè)展館，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外行業(yè)專(zhuān)家、企業(yè)及政府機(jī)構(gòu)團(tuán)聚一堂，共商盛事。本屆展會(huì)將對(duì)綠色建材行業(yè)的引導(dǎo)與發(fā)展起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用，必將吸引眾多高端用戶(hù)的洽談與合作，使本屆展會(huì)成為業(yè)界的標(biāo)桿聚會(huì)！

  Given that ‘The 14th China (Shanghai) International Architectural Coatings&Chemical Materials Show’ (Coatings Show 2018) is the core exhibition project, the organizers will set up a professional exhibition Hall during the Show, inviting domestic and foreign industry experts, business and government agencies to appreciate this event. This exhibition will play an important role in promoting and guiding the green building material industry and is bound to attract discussion and cooperation among high-end users, making this exhibition become the industry benchmark in this industry.

The 4th China Green Low-carbon Building Materials and Ecological Real Estate Docking Project Development Forum(Plan)

（The last forum held 12 speeches during the three-day exhibition, attracting more than 2,000 attendees and the close attention as well as support of many real estate companies including Shanghai Construction Group, Urban Construction Group, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co Ltd, Construction Units in Jiangsu and Zhejiang and Shanghai Offices.
